TERMS
Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 July 2026. These Terms govern your use of secureforgeai.life and provide general conditions applicable to SecureForge AI Inc. professional services. Specific client engagements are additionally governed by executed services agreements.
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the website located at https://secureforgeai.life/ (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Website. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and SecureForge AI Inc. ("SecureForge AI," "we," "us" or "our"), a corporation registered in Canada with business number 693128540 RC0001, having its principal place of business at 22 Alexander Street, Suite 105, Vancouver, BC V6A 1B2.
These Terms apply to Website use only. If you engage SecureForge AI for paid professional services, the executed services agreement, statement of work, rules of engagement and any data processing addendum between you and SecureForge AI take precedence over these Terms to the extent of any conflict regarding the specific engagement.
2. Website purpose and eligibility
The Website provides information about SecureForge AI's defensive security-engineering consultancy services, including architecture hardening, secure configuration, AI system governance and related professional offerings. The Website is intended for business professionals, security practitioners and organizational decision-makers evaluating security-engineering support.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you access the Website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Website for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Website in any manner that violates applicable Canadian or international law;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks or data;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Website's operation, including through automated scraping, denial-of-service activity or introduction of malware;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting enquiries;
- Reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit Website content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by fair dealing under the Copyright Act (Canada);
- Use the contact form or email channels to transmit spam, threats, harassing content or unsolicited commercial messages unrelated to legitimate business enquiries.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or poses a security risk to our systems or personnel.
4. Enquiries and no automatic engagement
Submitting a contact form enquiry or communicating with us does not create a client relationship or obligation to provide services. A professional engagement begins only when both parties execute a written services agreement with defined scope, fees and terms. We reserve the right to decline enquiries that fall outside our practice areas, conflict with our ethical standards or cannot be resourced within a reasonable timeframe.
Information you provide through the contact form is processed according to our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate contact information and obtain any internal approvals required by your organization before sharing technical details about systems you do not own or control.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, page layout, design elements and the SecureForge AI name — is owned by SecureForge AI Inc. or used under licence and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. The "SecureForge AI" brand, associated trade dress and the "THE TEMPERING" design concept are proprietary to SecureForge AI Inc.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and download Website content for personal, non-commercial reference. This licence does not permit modification, republication, framing, mirroring or creation of derivative works without written permission.
Deliverables produced under paid engagements are governed by the intellectual property provisions in the applicable services agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, client-specific reports, templates and hardening plans are licensed to the client for internal use upon payment of applicable fees.
6. Professional services disclaimers
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute legal advice, financial advice, insurance advice, regulatory certification or a guarantee of security outcomes. SecureForge AI is a professional security-engineering consultancy, not a law firm, accounting firm or insurance broker.
We use AI-assisted analysis alongside qualified engineers. Automated outputs may contain errors, omissions or false positives. Critical findings are subject to engineer verification before delivery to clients. No technology, methodology or consultancy service can guarantee complete security, zero vulnerabilities or immunity from breach. Our work aims to reduce and manage risk through structured hardening — not to eliminate risk entirely.
Illustrative metrics, case summaries and pricing ranges on the Website are indicative only. They describe past or representative work and are not promises or warranties of future performance. Actual results depend on client environment, architecture complexity, team participation, threat conditions and factors outside our control.
Authorized assessment and controlled validation activities are conducted only within signed rules of engagement. We do not perform unauthorized access, offensive hacking against third parties, exploitation services for non-defensive purposes or surveillance of individuals.
7. Third-party links and references
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, tools or standards documents. These links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party sites. Your use of third-party resources is governed by their respective terms and policies.
8. Privacy and cookies
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which describe how we collect, use and protect personal information under PIPEDA, BC PIPA and applicable provincial law. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read those policies.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SECUREFORGE AI INC., ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM WEBSITE USE (NOT FROM A SIGNED SERVICES AGREEMENT) SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (C$100.00). LIABILITY FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IS GOVERNED BY THE LIMITATION AND INDEMNITY PROVISIONS IN THE APPLICABLE SERVICES AGREEMENT.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SecureForge AI Inc. and its personnel from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Website or your submission of information you are not authorized to share.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For disputes arising from Website use not covered by a services agreement, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your province of residence where applicable.
13. Changes to terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Website with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with changes, discontinue use of the Website.
14. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
